At TenFive AI, we’ve learned that most of the problems that cost time and energy at work and in life are communication problems, not reasoning problems. Communication problems don’t necessarily require deep thought, but they do require effort – finding out opinions of different stakeholders, exploring available options based on how those opinions overlap and diverge, and keeping everyone involved informed and active in the problem solving process adds up to a lot of time spent communicating.
